RESERVATION

To confirm your reservation, we will ask you to return to us the signed contract, accompanied by a down payment of 33 % of the sum of your stay (if you reserve more than 30 days before your arrival), or, the entirety of the payment (if you reserve less than 30 days before your arrival).

The following documents are required with your lease contract:

CONFIRMATION

Upon receipt of the signed contract, copies of your identity card (or passport) and credit card, as well as the payment, we will send you a receipt and confirmation of your reservation.

The contract will be binding between the Tenant and the Agency only once the Agency has signed and returned the contract in accordance with our conditions of sale and cancellation.

PAYMENT

We accept only bank transfer for any payment before check-in. .

SECURITY DEPOSIT

Upon arrival we will ask for a security deposit by direct-debit form on your bank card.
